By using our website and submitting an order for transaction coordination services, you authorize Catalyst Coordination LLC to send an appropriate invoice. This invoice is made payable at the time of closing. The invoice will be considered late if payment is not received within 7 days after the closing date. A late fee of $50 will be assessed every 7 days that the payment remains overdue. Failure to settle the invoice may result in delayed services or additional fees, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action for unpaid fees. If an issue arises regarding the invoice, please contact us immediately to resolve the matter.

6. Limitations of Liability

Catalyst Coordination LLC is not responsible for delays, errors, or omissions caused by:
